Subject: My views at JKC

Dear Co coordinator,

The main intention of drafting this mail is to share my experiences and views on

Jawahar Knowledge Centre which showed me a new way to life.

JKC is such a good training initiative that it is like a boon to poor people like me.

It has started a spark in my life. The way it is started and handled by Mr.Jagadishwer is awesome.

It creates an awareness among the rural and backward students on how communication is

important in this modern world. The different kinds of programmes conducted during

training made the students understand the need to communicate efficiently.

I, being a poor boy never thought of corporate world and its life.

Now i am very much happy and satisfied by working in Infosys for the past one and a half year.

I have explored new ideas and new ways in this minute journey.

All this happened because of the awareness that JKC created in me.

Lets hope that this programme may be handled at a higher level and help the rural and backward

people of India to earn their livelihood and make India proud. last but not the least,

I am SravanKumar Musthyala working in Infosys Australia, Melbourne now.

I am very thankful to JKC and Mr.Jagadishwer sir for helping me seeing the new horizons of life.

 Cheers,

Subject: My Experience at INFY

To: "warangal.jkc@gmail.com"

Hi All/ SatyaNarayana Sir,

I am fine over here, hope the same there .I am working as an Assistant Engineer and enjoying a lot in Infy. The Training which we had in JKC was very useful and helped me a lot to be the best performer in our team.My Experience with INFOSYS from the

Day1: First we joined as a trainee in Mysore on 10 Nov 2008 and the period was very critical and hectic.Training was divided into two modules; one was Generic and the other Stream (Networking) Generic (9 days) Stream Specific (30 days) ILI (11 Days).UNIX Networking Similar to JKC Activities.

RDBMS

Programming Logic

SDM/IQS

HTML/Java

Generic was a hectic period in which we had 5 Courses completed in 9 days including 3 holidays. After this we had a Comprehensive exam in which some of our friends were terminated which was hard to digest. After passing on this big hurdle we were put into Stream Specific Training in Networking (C.C.N.A) of 30 days.We were successful in this module and stepped into the production on 01 Mar 2009.in Bangalore into the Project CCD GSC. With this Our Dream to work with INFOSYS came true with new challenges to face every day. I, as a Successful Infusion I want to advice my juniors who are at present undergoing JKC Course that not only Communication Skills are important but also Technical skills in which we are lagging(in my view) compared to other students from North. Among the smaller duties of life I hardly know any one more important than that of not praising where praise is not due Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A world of optimism and hope. A "you can do it" when things are tough  which JKC gave to us.
